We are looking for: — experience in copywriting: writing cold letters, selling texts — experience with e-mail (service setup, automation) — sales experience in b2b companies for a minimum of 3 years — English C1+, Portuguese Native — comfort working in high growth, constantly changing environment — a desire to learn and become a pro in Market Making, DeFi, DAOs, and Web3 — CRM knowledge, mainly Pipedrive — solid analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Bonus points: — experience in crypto / high-growth startup / tech company — previous experience on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) identification and research — life hacks with outbound search to bring sales to the new level
What will you do? — write cold emails and messages — plan email threads — optimize direct outbound campaigns with A/B testing to improve performance — qualify inbound leads — establish initial contact & handle the first steps of communication with leads — maintain up-to-date records in CRM and other tools — weekly deliver target number of Qualified Leads
