We are looking for:

β€” sales experience in b2b companies for a minimum of 3 years β€” English C1+ or native β€” excellent communication and soft skills β€” comfort working in high growth, constantly changing environment β€” a desire to learn and become a pro in crypto, DeFi or Web3 β€” experience in copywriting: writing cold letters, selling texts β€” experience with e-mail marketing (service setup, automation) β€” CRM knowledge, mainly Pipedrive β€” solid analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills


Bonus points: β€” experience in finance / high-growth startup / tech company β€” previous experience on building sales process β€” life hacks with outbound search to bring sales to the new level


What will you do? β€” orchestrate and drive deal wins: qualify opportunities and drive deals to closure thru sales process β€” maintain healthy and quality sales pipeline to ensure appropriate velocity and coverage β€” establish initial contact & handle communication from lead to closure ****β€” write cold emails and messages β€” qualify inbound leads β€” plan emailΒ threads β€” maintain up-to-date records in CRM and other tools β€” weekly deliver target number of qualified leads and deals
